You know it's funny because Dane Cook did a whole skit about women who form circles at clubs and ignore men because they swear they 'just want to dance.' Yet it's true. I go out because I LOVE to dance. I like to forget the crowd is there. I let the music internalize my body, throw on a big cheesy smile, close my eyes, and dance like it's all I've got in the world. I think that sentiment can only be understood and appreciated by a few. I'm not an Emo, but I'm deep ;) Lol.... I guess what it comes down to is that I don't meet guys at clubs because I'm a snot so I only go to the 'IT' places. But the 'IT' places are full of douche bags so i don't bother with anyone. At the end of the night that just makes me a lonely sophisticate. Sheltered by the paradoxical world of being neither here or there. But fuck you. Fuck me. Just say yes. Say yes and let's open a bottle of wine. Talk about this bullshit world and then emerge in each others skin. Feel each others flesh and challenge the goosebumps in which we take satisfaction in acknowledging. Cause if there weren't any goosebumps........................I'd rather be back on the dance floor.
